Using ODG for Disability

As a claim adjuster, you can use ODG for Disability at multiple points in the claim process.

During initial contact with the injured claimant(s), you can:

• Search for conditions
• Refine results to the claim level
• Interpret durations of care

During the follow-up call:

• Treatment and recovery
• Review specific job profiles

During the final review:

• Determine impairment
• Collaborate for recovery
